Drag and Drop to upload or select file. Only .JPG or .PNG is supported. PDFs must be exported to .PNG before upload. Max file size is 2MB. Adjust image Resolution Pixels if it is too large. (Via Windows settings when saving from PDF to PNG) Make sure the pixel dimensions of schematic image is not to above 5000x5000px. Order as set is order displayed in app also. - Edit name by clicking the name. By changing the name here all places this location name is used are also changed.   ![](https://help.inspectio.no/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-29-2026-12-30-40-4972-PM.png?width=593&height=148&name=undefined-Jul-29-2026-12-30-40-4972-PM.png) If you try to delete a drawing that has pin markers, your are prompted and asked if you really want to do it. Deletion is definitive and cannot be recovered. **Background information about locations:** Inspectio can represent your assets location hierarchy. To build this efficiently we recommend that you have your general arrangement/plant drawings available and also have an idea of the location resolution you want. Best practice is to start with deck/plant levels, then divide each level in sections and furthermore divide these sections in smaller section/rooms. Based on our experience too low or to high resolution is negative for the efficiency of large scale inspection campaigns. The hierarchical structure can look something like this. There are no limitations in number of sub locations but normally 2-4 sub locations is practical. Or even Zone map drawings. If drawing(s) are not attached to a specific location, a location will always inherit the parent location's drawing(s).
