# Project reporting

Exporting information from a project in inspectio can be done in three different ways and formats.

To export tasks in excel or pdf format you can click the reports button located in the top right corner of your *project task tab.*

**Task List Export:**

Task list export will generate an excel file containing task information in addition to the information on the associated equipment.

**Task .Zip Bundle:**

Full Task .Zip bundle will create a .Zip file containing a task report in PDF format for each task.

All exports will be according to the "filter" set in the task list.

 

**Project Report:**

The project report can be generated by clicking the button in the top right corner of the *Project info tab*.

project report is a pdf file containing predefined project info, project statistics and hyperlinks to all completed tasks in the portal.

The project report will only contain completed tasks.
