The task report includes information about linked equipment where applicable. Equipment data in task reports may be older than current data, as this list exports data as it was at the time of inspection. Go to your project and find either a list of tasks on a location of interest or find the list of all tasks. A copy is always stored in the assets reports page for 30 days. You can also export an unfiltered full list and do your filtering in Excel.   ### Full Task .ZIP bundle A Pdf report per task item includes all information in a visual format. It is a complete documentation of checklist comments, photos, results and relevant information from when the task was completed. Your filtered list must be within this limit. **Filtered Pdf report** You may want to export reports that does not contain every checklist item? If your filter includes **Sub label** or **Sub result** category selections you can filter your utput PDF to only include those sub tasks that fits your filter criteria. On your list of tasks, set a filter according to your desired need.
